Outlook For Someday Workshop

One day the Outlook For Someday Guys, came and helped us to make movies. Their names are Elai & Chris.  They are pros at camera shots and editing movies. So we started off with a little movie to motivate us. Then we looked at some of the award winning films. They had us do a jigsaw puzzle. We finished it and it had Four words on it. Society, Economy , Culture & Environment.

“Think of your idea and think about your plan for your movie” Elai shouted. We decided to name our group Nuclear Productions. And our movie is evolved around Enviroment. We made the movie with the main ideas as rubbish and it had a bit of bullying in it.

In the end I was very proud of our movie because we manage our time and we did different to everyone else. Everyone elses movies were very good but I think our one is the best. It was time for Elai & Chris to go back home. True fact: we were the last workshop to be done for the year.

I have really improved in my camera angles and that is very important if you want to make a movie.

My Son Is Naughty

Jack and Ray were at the rugby. Ray’s team was winning
so Jack decided to give Ray a problem to deflate his ego a
bit. So Jack said “Did you know that today is my three
sons’ birthday?” “How old are they?” Ray asked taking
the bite. “I’ll give you a hint. The product of their ages is
36 and the sum of their ages is 13,” Jack replied. “That’s
no help,” said Ray. So Jack weakened and gave him
another clue. “O.K. My youngest son is very naughty.”
“Nothing to it,” exclaimed Ray and he told Jack the
correct ages of his sons.

Cross Country

Approaching the starting line I was feeling quite nauseous and dizzy. “I’m going hard-out” A mysterious voice passed everyone. Was I ready for this 3k run? Will all my training pay-off?

Bang! the clappers sounded as everyone bolted past me! Picking up my pace, most people had already started walking!

Running through the gates, I was feeling really energetic, “Splosh, splosh” as mud flicked off the ground and into my face. My ankles and heels were aching from being the frontrunner with the little kids.“ I can do this” I kept repeating to myself.

I was on my second lap and had a gut wrenching feeling in my stomach. But I had to keep persevering myself to keep running.

The finish line was in sight and I was feeling really good. Because I had ran the whole way without stopping. Although, I was quite close to though. Crossing the finish line I was so tired and was feeling quite faint. Splashing water over me, I felt re-energized.
